1.国际与地区航班头等舱与公务舱95%的旅客值机办理等候时间﹤4分钟;经济舱95%的旅客值机办理等候时间﹤12分钟。

 Queuing & processing takes less than 4 minutes for 95% first-class or business class passengers of international and 

HK/Macau/Taiwan flights; less than 12 minutes for 95%economy class passengers of international and HK/Macau/Taiwan flights.


2.国内航班头等与公务舱95%的旅客值机办理等候时间﹤5分钟;经济舱95%的旅客值机办理等候时间﹤14分钟。

 Queuing & processing takes less than 5 minutes for 95% first-class or business class passengers of domestic flights;

less than 14 minutes for 95% economy class passengers of domestic flights.


3.国际与地区航班95%的旅客安全检查排队等候时间﹤10分钟;国内航班95%的旅客安全检查排队等候时间﹤12分钟。

 Queuing & security checking takes less than 10 minutes for 95% passengers of international and regional flights; less

than 12 minutes for 95% passengers of domestic flights.


4.旅客出入境海关通关时间﹤3分钟(需进一步检查的除外)。

Customs clearance takes less than 3 minutes except further inspection.


5.95%以上的旅客等候办理边防检查手续﹤25分钟(需进一步检查的除外)。

Immigration inspection processing takes less than 25 minutes for more than 95% passengers except further inspection.


6.旅客出入境检验检疫通过时间﹤1分钟(需进一步检查的除外)。

Arrival quarantine checking takes less than 1 minute except further inspection.


7.登机口每30分钟向旅客广播通报航班不正常信息或航班动态信息。

Irregular flights information should be broadcast every 30 minutes.


8.免费行李手推车供应充足、布局合理,便于旅客取用,可用性达100%。

Free luggage carts should be accessible to passengers in abundant supply.


9.商品明码标价,一货一签,价位公平合理,不乱收费,杜绝假冒伪劣商品。

The prices of commodities should be marked clearly and fairly. No fake commodities.


10.昆明机场全体员工遵循首问负责制,100%响应旅客问讯,用微笑为旅客服务,积极帮助旅客解决问题。
